蔡芳昌，湖北大学材料科学与工程学院教授。蔡芳昌教授2007年博士毕业于台湾科技大学高分子工程专业，同年入职湖北大学材料科学与工程学院，2011年获得湖北省新世纪高层次人才工程-企业研发人才，2014年10月赴高分子科学与工程系-麻省大学-阿默斯特担任访问学者一职(美方全额资助)。2018年晋升教授。蔡芳昌教授目前的主要研究领域包括光电磁功能有机高分子材料、高分子共混与复合材料、有机-无机杂化材料、生物医用有机高分子材料研究等。发表国内外学术期刊论文110余篇，书章节2篇和国内外会议论文50余篇，获得国家发明专利29项，目前正在申请国家发明专利23项。

Fang-Chang Tsai, Professor of the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Hubei University.

Professor Fang-Chang Tsai graduated with a doctoral degree in polymer engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology in 2007. In the same year, she joined the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Hubei University. In 2011, he was awarded the New Century High-level Talents Project of Hubei Province - Enterprise Research and Development Talents, and in October 2014, he went to the Department of Polymer Science and Engineering - University of Massachusetts - Amherst as a visiting scholar (Full funding from the US side). Promoted to professor in 2018. Professor Fang-Chang Tsai 's current research interests include photoelectromagnetic functional organic polymer materials, polymer blends and composites, organic-inorganic hybrid materials, and biomedical organic polymer materials. Published more than 110 papers in academic journals, 2 book chapters and more than 50 conference papers, obtained 29 national invention patents, and is currently applying for 23 national invention patents.
