获湖北省人才项目资助，2022年加入湖北大学材料学院。2011年获得中国科学院上海光学精密机械研究所博士学位。2011年-2016年期间，先后在中国科学院上海微系统与信息技术研究所和日本国立材料研究所从事博士后工作。2014年入选日本学术振兴会青年学者（JSPS Fellow）。2016年-2022年期间就职于深圳先进技术研究院，获深圳市“孔雀人才”称号。担任《物理科学与技术研究》期刊编委。近五年，承担国自然青年项目、广东省粤深联合重点项目、深圳市学科布局项目等，作为核心成员参与科技部纳米专项、国自然青年项目、广东省重点项目、和深圳市孔雀团队项目深圳市自由探索项目等。研究工作涉及多功能信息存储材料和场效应晶体管关键材料及器件等课题。在National Science Review、Applied Physics Review、NPG Asia Mater.等国际知名学术期刊合作发表论文80余篇（SCI收录64篇，EI收录16篇），国际会议邀请报告9次，申请发明专利20项，其中13项已授权，作为编辑编撰学术专著1部，参与编写2部学术专著共4个章节。

Professor Tingting Jia is a doctoral supervisor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Hubei University. She received her Dr.Eng. degree from Shanghai Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She has conducted scientific research at the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2016 to 2022. She worked at the National Institute of Materials Science (NIMS) and Technology of Japan as a postdoc researcher from 2013 to 2016. In 2014, she was selected as a Young Scholar of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS Fellow). Her research work involves topics such as multifunctional information storage materials and key materials and devices for field effect transistors. She has published more than 80 papers in academic journals such as National Science Review, Applied Physics Review，and NPG Asia Mater. etc. She has been invited to give invited talk at 9 international conferences, and applied for 27 invention patents, 17 of which have been authorized, and compiled 1 academic monograph.
